Uses these little cylinder shaped weights that you load the vest with. And no, no clanking - and hell no its not gonna fit under work clothes.

I think stuff like that is great... workout without really working out. I used to play bball with 3lb'ers, & walk around the house with 5lb'ers... got really great results. It was just really funny to walk after wearing them for a while.
