I was once in a plane and this HUGE guy (body builder, not "big boned") sitting in biz class in the row next to me used a tiny army style can opener to crack open a huge can of tuna... and ate it straight out of the can with a fork, as everyone around him tried to keep their own crappy airplane food down witht he smell of canned tuna wafting about the cabin.

Iwas okay with it.. but even if I wasn't, I don't think I wanted to get pummeled that day.

i do that diet..but i lessened it from 2 cans of tuna, to one can..because tuna has a lot of mercury in it..but if you stick to tuna and chicken, you'll lose a lot of wieght. i like it, i've been on it for about 2 months...went down from 170lbs to 145lbs :)

if you are referring to me, my "diet" isn't unhealthy..I'm not eliminating anything from my diet, I hardly eat red meat, but I do once in a while. but i eat junk food, etc..i just do portion control, and trust my i'm not losing muscle, i've lost a lot of water/fat weight. my doc knows what i eat, and he says there's nothing wrong with it

OK, I assumed you were only eating tuna and chicken and NOTHING else - that is how your post read. Are you eating any carbs at all? I am still unclear about your diet. You say you eat junk food and no red meat which is not really a good thing. At least the portion control sounds like a smart idea.

well, it is a diet for me in the sense that a couple of years ago, i was just eating fast food/junk food, no fish, no chicken/turkey..i ate fast food burgers all the time.

but i just turned around my eating habits, (sorry if my post got u confused). what i eat, i prepare myself, no frozen meals, ocassionally i'll eat out. i don't totally eliminate red meat from my diet, i just don't eat a lot of beef, instead of hamburgers i'll have turkey burgers. i just stick to leaner meats

and yeah i eat carbs, truthfully, i don't understand not eating any, I'm italian, i need my pasta..lol :snicker:

and i'll treat myself to a snickers at least once a week..hehe

Sounds good - and no need to apologize. I thought you were slamming chicken and turkey and nothing else.

LOL @ "wafting"

I bet Ralb gets the same thing when he eats his 14 meals a day at work.
