I was thinking which direction do we want this forum to go. Do we want to just keep it small with the "group" we all know from aw.com? Or should we spam other sites and bring new blood in?

well, I would suggest that you shouldn't be afraid to bring in new guys... but I think we (collective) are not very good with getting newbs to feel comfortable...

If I had to guess... they newbs that would stay long term would be crass, insensitive, obnoxious, etc... much like the people here already... it sounds great on paper, but this may lead to conflict... and one day the majority of posters are gonna be non-OG and they are gonna want things a little different than the OG and the OG are gonna look for another place...

I guess what I'm saying, it that... the current group seems to mesh pretty good... and although inviting more people into the clubhouse seems cool to me... I don't know if that is what everybody really wants... but then again, does it matter what the OG's really want? if you wanted to, how are you gonna keep them out? set tit up for invite only?

Jinny hit it on the head, I think. But the forum will go to pot eventually anyway, that's just the nature of these things.

I think it would be best if people invite anyone they know is "cool" from forums they already visit -- not just asking anyone to join. But if random people find the forum and join, that's ok too, since it wouldn't be too many and they could be weeded out if no one likes them.

both. yes 14ft x 48ft. i can make a CFM billboard in the future at no cost. i can tell my supervisor. but you guys need to put it up.we also make indoor billboards. we just finished some for HP.we make 30 sheets for toyota.we use vutek printers. we use miller weldmaster to make the finishes on them. thats what i do. i pole pocket, hem, etc. im still learning. teh honda ridgelibe billboards were 19.5 ft x 48ft we were working 12 hour days.

That's pretty cool, the production of the 14' x 48's is actually the cheap part. I don't think Sal has the funds right now to be posting boards, the media costs are the expensive part.
