On Thanksgiving Day one of my co-worker’s daughter injured herself while playing Wii Sports tennis. Apparently she dislocated her knee while wearing heels playing the game. I’ve attached a couple of photos. Looks as if interactive entertainment will also increase medical bills!

looks like co-worker could be hot! :naughty:

I remember back when I worked as a medic... I often cut off the clothes of injured women... :naughty:

unfortunately, more often than not, they were not so hot and/or guys. :(

Yes, and didn't the women wonder why you had to cut off their shirt when the chief complaint was a broken ankle?

I'd say COGS of ~60% of sales is a great figure to go along with ll the backend software sales.

Wii might not win in market share when all is said and done, but I'd be surprised if it wasn't right there or better on ROI than PS3

It's higher than that ... $158 is just the console. The console wholesale price is $238, and includes a remote (wholesale $32), nunchuck (wholesale $15), Wii Sports, a little plastic stand, the sensor bar, and manuals and miscellaneous packing material. Still a good return, I'm sure.
