My point was primarily to make people laugh a little, as well as to point out that it's massively ironic when radical Muslims get upset when someone says they are a violent religion and respond with....violence and calls for someone's death.

And can you expand on the comment that "it is BOTH of their faults"? I am not following you there.

You are right Bill, the 100s (if not 1000s) of terror attacks that have taken place over the past 5 years are all OK because of what happened during the previous 100s of years. What's next, blacks killing whites is OK because their ancestors were slaves?

In other words, let's focus on what is happening NOW. Jews and Christians as a whole are more concerned with moving forward, whereas radical Muslims are more concerned about dragging the West back into the 7th century.

I think that is more of an opinion than a factual statement. But it's also a rather silly statement. It does not really say a whole lot.

It's like saying if humans were all the same, then there would be no racism or bigotry, which is great and all, but it is a rediculous statement.

I find it *very* unlikely that without religion as a differentiating factor, people naturally find something else to affiliate themselves with and against others with.

Obviously this is nonwithstanding the fact that I am posting on a messageboard who's very existence wass built on the differences (both percieved and real) between the AZ crowd, AW crowd and this CFM crowd.
