Trying to go on a modified South Beach diet. But I can't stand tomato juice or V8, so I am looking for an alternative. Can anyone give me any ideas how I can substitute V8 for breakfast?
Thanks

Well, if you can't find anything, just pour some pepper in the V8, or some tabasco sauce.

no friggin clue.
I'd rather stab my eyes out with a rusty spoon than drink v8

I only eat cooked tomatoes, I can't even smell V8. Anyone know of any fruits/vegetables that contain the same nutrients, mineralsm & vitamins as tomatoes?
