putting the kids initials somewhere. had two spots picked out. horizontal on each bicep or vertical on the inner forearm. wife isnt happy at all. after some thought i added another location, the calf.

the initials are in a black chancery 72 point font.

shit there is engravers old english, EF old english and URW old english.

the engravers one looks the best. block rather than rounded.

The original font does suck. The olde english is a bit better, but sometimes hard to make out. It's usually the standard though.

If you are going to go all out WT on this, I would do vertical on the inner arm.

right now i am favoring the calves. i currently still have a clean look in pants and short sleeves. biceps and forearms will make it long sleeve only.

only one that was even close to hurting was the ankle. all the others were nothing and felt therapeutic. i think some of my most happiest times were while getting tattoo'd.

well after test fitting i found the calves will be best.

1. biceps would be inside as i have tats on both arms outside. it makes it crowded in that area.

2. inner forearm, im just not that gansta.

3. calves looks pretty good and can be evenly placed.

however thanks for the old english font. i do like it better than the one i had chosen even though i went through over 100 fonts that i downloaded.

i never liked the "C" letter in my font.

well thanks overall. i will post pics after i get it done. both calves using an engravers old english 72 point font.

now to find a tattoo shop. i went by my guy i used the last two times and its now something else so i guess they went out of business. since the owners dont do anything else besides tattooing, ill need to find which shop they ended up at or if they moved out of town. i know of three local shops that i dont want to use.

i do have one shop that i need to go check the artists artwork that ive heard about.
